We recommend keeping our conversation on one platform whenever possible. This helps us keep track of our previous conversations, preferences, and booking details in one place—so you don't have to repeat yourself and we can give you a smoother, more personalized experience.

We recommend booking at least 5–7 days in advance, especially for sessions that require styling, cakes, props, or location preparation.

Giving us enough time allows us to prepare your experience thoughtfully rather than rushing through the details.

If you have a specific date in mind, we always recommend reaching out as early as possible.

We understand that sometimes plans come together at the last minute. We'll always do our best to accommodate you, depending on our availability and what your session requires.

For bookings made within 3 days of the session, an Express Preparation Fee applies:

Studio Sessions — +1,500

In-Home Sessions — +2,500

Event Coverage — +3,000

Rush bookings are subject to availability, as we need enough time to prepare the details of your session.

Please note that alternative studio locations and professional hair & makeup artists (HMUA) are also subject to availability. Additional fees may apply depending on your chosen experience.

We understand that plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to work with you. 🤎

Because your date is reserved exclusively for you and we begin preparing your session in advance, booking fees are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 5 days before your scheduled session. You may move your booking to another available date once, at no additional fee, provided the new date is within 60 days of your original session date.

For rescheduling requests made 3–4 days before the session, a Rescheduling Fee of 1,500 will apply.

For requests made within 48 hours of the session, a Late Rescheduling Fee of 2,500 will apply, in addition to any non-refundable costs already incurred for your session, such as studio rentals, cakes, props, HMUA, or other preparations.

Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or failure to arrive for your session will be considered a forfeiture of the booking, and a new booking fee will be required to reserve another date.

If we need to reschedule due to circumstances on our end, we'll work with you to find a new date and no rescheduling fee will apply.

PS. We don't create these policies to make things difficult—we create them because your session is prepared specifically for you, and your date is reserved exclusively for your story.

Some locations may require an additional transportation or travel fee depending on the distance, accessibility, parking, tolls, or other location-related costs.

For in-home and outdoor sessions, we'll confirm any applicable transportation fee before your booking is finalized, so there are no surprises.

If your chosen location requires:

these may be charged separately based on the actual cost.

For curated studio locations, the studio rental fee and any applicable transportation costs will be communicated to you before we confirm the location.

Additional studio rental, entrance, permit, transportation, or travel fees may apply depending on the location.

And if you're not sure where to go, that's completely fine—we're happy to recommend a location based on the look and feeling you're after.

We'll provide session-specific styling guidance after your booking.

In general, we recommend choosing pieces that feel comfortable, timeless, and true to you. Soft neutrals, earthy tones, natural textures, and coordinated colors photograph beautifully.

Don't worry about everyone wearing the exact same thing. We'd much rather see your personalities than perfectly matching outfits.

Every session includes basic styling guidance to help you prepare your outfits and overall look.

For select experiences, we can also arrange professional hair and makeup, wardrobe styling, florals, props, cakes, and other creative elements at an additional cost.

If you'd like help with any of these, simply let us know during the planning stage so we can include them in your experience.

Absolutely.

We actually encourage you to bring things that have meaning to you—favorite toys, books, heirlooms, flowers, instruments, or other personal objects.

You don't need to bring something just because you think you should. Sometimes the smallest, most ordinary things become the most meaningful photographs.

If you're unsure about an item, send us a photo beforehand and we'll help you decide.

Don't worry. Really.

Children and pets don't always follow the plan, and that's completely okay.

We'll give them time to settle in, work around their energy, and use gentle prompts rather than forcing them into poses.

Some of our favorite photographs happen when things don't go exactly as planned.

You don't need to make your child or pet perform for the camera. Just let them be themselves.

We don't deliver RAW or unedited photographs.

After your session, we carefully select and edit the images that best represent your story and our photographic style.

Your final collection is meant to be a finished body of work, rather than a collection of unfinished files.

Your standard turnaround time will be communicated when you book and may vary depending on the type of session and collection.

If you need your photographs sooner, we may be able to offer Rush Editing, depending on our current editing schedule.

Rush Editing starts at +2,500 and varies depending on the turnaround requested and number of photographs.

Because we carefully edit every photograph ourselves, rush delivery isn't always possible—but we'll always let you know what we can accommodate.
